OBJECTIVES OF THE COMMITTEE
To put on informative, inspirational CLEs on issues that impact women in the local legal community and beyond.
To provide mentorship in a small group setting for the purpose of networking and supporting each other’s professional and personal development. Potential discussion topics include client communication, professionalism with opposing counsel and the court, challenging gender bias, communication and negotiation, and work and life balance.
